Brian Alster is CEO of Altrata, joining the team in January 2024. Prior to joining Altrata, Brian spent 13 years at Dun & Bradstreet where he held numerous executive roles and was a member of the company’s Management Committee. Most recently, Brian was the General Manager of the North American Finance & Risk business. In this role, Brian was responsible for the growth and profitability of the company’s core trade credit, compliance, third-party risk and supply chain solutions. Brian also held leadership roles in Sales and Product Development during his tenure at Dun & Bradstreet.
Prior to joining Dun & Bradstreet, Brian spent almost 20 years in the financial services industry. He worked for JPMorgan Chase in the Small Business Card division for nearly 5 years, leading both customer analytics and new account acquisition. Prior to that, Brian spent 12 years at MBNA America and Bank of America, working in various strategic leadership roles.
Brian graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science degree in business and a minor in Japanese.

Connel Bell is responsible for Operations, PMO and Governance, Risk and Compliance at Altrata. Connel joined BoardEx in 2002 as Infrastructure Engineer & DBA, later serving as IT Operations Director, and then Head of IT Operations for The Street, BoardEx and The Deal before being acquired by Delinian (then Euromoney) and moving to Head of Operations for BoardEx and The Deal.
Connel has a Background in IT and holds a MSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in Durban, South Africa.

Seb is the Chief Financial Officer of Altrata, joining in August 2024. Seb has served in a variety of financial leadership roles, in both PLC and private equity-owned environments. He most recently served as the CFO for Capital Economics, a provider of subscription-based macroeconomic analysis and forecasting. Prior to this he was Finance Director at Canonical (Ubuntu), the world’s largest private software infrastructure SaaS business.He started his career at Deloitte, where he specialized in the Tech, Media, and Telco industries, working on a large range of public, private audit and corporate finance engagements.
Seb graduated from Bristol University with a Bachelor of Science degree and is a member of the Chartered Association of Accountants England & Wales (ICAEW).

Sally Hall leads the Legal function at Altrata, responsible for Legal and Privacy support and compliance across both customers and suppliers. Prior to joining Altrata, Sally worked as a consultant lawyer for large organizations in a wide range of industry sectors including communications, investment banking and finance.
Sally is a qualified practicing solicitor with a Masters in Advanced Legal Practice and a background in company commercial in-house counsel roles, with a particular specialism in data privacy law internationally.

Chief Innovation Officer
Keya Hammond is responsible for Altrata’s product management organization and future innovation. Prior to this role, Keya led the Google Cloud Infrastructure product management organization at Equifax, where she led the transition from On-Prem and AWS to Google Cloud. With extensive leadership experience at several Fortune 500 companies, Keya brings 25 years of experience in technology with a deep knowledge of product management, innate customer focus, and a passion for innovation.
Keya holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Georgia State University.

Lisa joined as Altrata’s Chief People Officer in April 2024 and leads the overall employee experience at Altrata, with a special focus on how to grow Altrata’s team to enable the business to grow. She has a particular passion for understanding people’s unique strengths and working to help amplify those.
Prior to Altrata, Lisa worked at organizations of various industries, sizes, and structures, including BIC as the Global HR Leader for their Commercial business, KWI (a private retail technology company) as their Chief People Officer, and Nielsen, where she held various HR leadership positions. The one common thread across all her roles is that she loves to be part of growth and transformation, with an eye always focused on how change impacts people and culture.
Lisa is based in New York and is a graduate of Binghamton University with a degree in Human Development.

Iain Parrish leads the Technology teams at Altrata with overall responsibility for the technology strategy and delivery. Iain joined Altrata as CTO in September 2021 from Refinitiv where he led their data platform technology teams. He has 25 years of technology leadership experience and has a successful track record of building and delivering technology teams and solutions across the financial markets.
Iain holds a BSC Honours degree in Computing Science from the University of Aberdeen.

Florian and his team produce and curate the data and intelligence on the people who have the greatest impact on our clients’ future. Florian has over 15 years of experience in the “people” data and intelligence space. Prior to joining Altrata, Florian spent 13 years at Acuris where he held various senior data and commercial leadership roles.
Florian studied International Business Management in Germany, Italy and Australia.

Jeff Wender joined Altrata as Chief Revenue Officer in May 2024, with more than 20 years leading commercial organizations across some of the world’s preeminent data, advertising, media, and technology companies.
Most recently, Jeff served as Chief Revenue Officer for Rakuten Advertising, responsible for Rakuten’s eCommerce, Retail Marketing, Media and Market Intelligence services. Prior to joining Rakuten, Jeff was Managing Director for the Nielsen Company’s Local Media Practice.
With commercial leadership experience at The Nielsen Company and Texas Instruments, Jeff has contributed across all aspects of media and content consumption across Digital, TV, smartphone, tablet and consumer electronic industry.
Before joining the media & technology industry, Jeff served as Vice President of Marketing for American’s Promise — the Alliance for Youth, founded by the honorable Secretary of State Colin Powell to improve the lives of at-risk youth.
Jeff is based in Dallas, Texas, and is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.
