Chief Operations Officer
Connel Bell is responsible for Operations, PMO and Governance, Risk and Compliance at Altrata. Connel joined BoardEx in 2002 as Infrastructure Engineer & DBA, later serving as IT Operations Director, and then Head of IT Operations for The Street, BoardEx and The Deal before being acquired by Delinian (then Euromoney) and moving to Head of Operations for BoardEx and The Deal. Connel has a Background in IT and holds a MSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in Durban, South Africa.

Rob joined Altrata as the Chief Product Officer in October 2024. Rob has held leadership roles in Product, Customer Experience, Technology and Operations across several different industries. Prior to joining Altrata, Rob led the Product and Customer Experience teams at KWI, a complete retail technology platform. Prior to KWI, Rob held leadership positions at Synchronoss Technologies, where he focused on strategic technology partnerships, and at Intralinks, a global leader in secure content collaboration. Rob is based in New York, holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Binghamton University, and an Executive MBA degree from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain.
Chief Technology Officer
Iain Parrish leads the Technology teams at Altrata with overall responsibility for the technology strategy and delivery. Iain joined Altrata as CTO in September 2021 from Refinitiv where he led their data platform technology teams. He has 25 years of technology leadership experience and has a successful track record of building and delivering technology teams and solutions across the financial markets. Iain holds a BSC Honours degree in Computing Science from the University of Aberdeen.
