Bombardier partnered with Salesforce to unify disconnected data and integrate AI into its sales process. One of the data sets used was Altrata's Wealth-X delivered through our API.

At this year’s Dreamforce 2024 in San Francisco, Bombardier, a global leader in aviation, shared their success story about leveraging AI and data through Salesforce Data Cloud to create a complete customer view.

On stage at the industry leading tech event, Fauve Castagna, Manager of Sales AI & Enablement at Bombardier, highlighted how data within Salesforce helped prioritize their immense number of leads: “We had…mountains of leads. We didn’t know how to tackle it.”

To address this challenge, Bombardier turned to Salesforce’s capabilities to find more value in their customer data. “[If] we aren’t able to push that data to a platform where our sellers are working, our customers can’t feel the white glove experience that a luxurious brand like Bombardier should offer” said Castagna “the Salesforce platform is a one stop shop for everything they need to get their job done.”

Pulling in different data sets into one unified view helps Bombardier supercharge their business. It gives their sales team a complete customer view. Wealth intelligence from Altrata’s Wealth-X was among the data pulled into this AI powered insight for the sales team. “We’ve been able to seamlessly push it into our Sales Cloud environment, which is where our sellers work on a day-to-day basis,” Castagna mentions in a recorded video shared at the event.

On stage, Castagna highlighted additional benefits of Salesforce Data Cloud, “AI is getting rid of a lot of low-value/high-effort work.” Understanding a prospective customers ability to purchase a big-ticket item like a jet or consider a customer’s history of buying in the category gives the sales team a more complete picture and helps them prioritize their outreach.

“Bombardier’s utilization of Altrata’s Wealth-X intelligence is a shining example of how companies successfully leverages our unparalleled wealth insights seamlessly within Salesforce to identify their most likely prospective clients” said Altrata CEO, Brain Alster after Wednesday’s keynote. “Finding the right clients at the right time improves sales conversion rates, which is critical to the success of any strong sales organization.  We’re delighted to see Altrata’s insights helping companies like Bombardier find even more value with AI-enhanced solutions to address their biggest growth opportunities.”
