Introducing: Altrata Cares
At Altrata, caring about the causes that matter most to our people isn’t just a tag line; it’s a lived commitment that shapes who we are as an organization. With the launch of Altrata Cares, we’ve created a program that empowers employees to drive meaningful change in their communities through volunteer service.
Building momentum through collective support
When our team members dedicate their skills and passion to causes they care about, the ripple effects extend far beyond individual organizations to strengthen entire communities.
The collective impact truly matters. In just two months of the program’s debut, the Altrata team dedicated over 176 hours of service across 10 nonprofits. This time amounted to many hours of professional expertise, genuine care, and community connection directed towards organizations spanning youth development, food security, environmental conservation, education, healthcare, and community support.
From helping families prepare for back-to-school season to planting gardens, to supporting children in need to advancing conservation efforts, the team strengthened their local communities in diverse and impactful ways. This breadth demonstrates both the varied passions within our team and our collective commitment to addressing community challenges.
